والتمريض يعتبر تقليديا مهنة غير لائقة بالكرامة وخاصة العائلات المسلمات يعتبرنها مهنة رديئة في المجتمع. ومع تقدم وشيوع التعليم في النساء المسلمات اخذت نظر تهن تتغير وتذوب المحاباة صد هذه الوظيفة النبيلية. وجمعية الأنصار الخيرية قد أنشأت مدرسة للتمريض لاجتذاب البنات المسلمات أكثر الى هذه المهنة. في هذه المدرسة دورة تأخذ ثلاث سنوات ونصف سنة توفر لخريجاتها شهادة دبالوما للتمريض وكلية بكالوريوس للتمريض تحت الجمعية تأخذ دورتها أربع سنوات في الطريق

وتجهيز موظفات التمريض في المساشفي أمر رئيسي بأنه يؤثر على أمن المريض وجودة رعاية المرضي والطلبات اللاتي يلتحقن بمدرسة التمريض من العائلات المتخلفات اجتما عيا والقتصاديا وهن بحاجة الى تأييد اقتصادي وعاطفي لمواصلة دراستهن وجمعية الأنصار الخيرية تمد تأييدا ضروريا الى هؤلاء الطلبات المعوزات وتشجع الأسخياء الكرام ليمدوا اليهن أيدى المساعدة

مدرسة الأنصار للتمريض التي تشرف عليها الجمعية معتمدة لدي مجلس التمريض بولاية كيرالا والمجلس الهندي للتمريض (INC & KNC) تدرس حاليا 62 طالبة في مدرسة الأنصار للتمريض

وبرامج التمريض يعلم هنا عن العناية للأنسان المريض من الأجنحة العامة إلى غرفة العمليات الجراحية الممرضات المدربات ضرورية في كل مكان في ميدان اعلاج والتمريض يشمل مسؤوليات عديدة من معالجة الحالات بجانب السرير الى الواجبات الخاصة مثل المعاملة مع المريض النفسائي او مريض المتعلق بالاطفال والتمريض يشمل على الواجبات الأخرى مثل المحاغظة يسجلات الصحة للمرضي وتوزيع الأدوية وتنظيم أجهزة غرفة العمليات الجراحية والواجبات الكثيرة الروتينية للشغل

Application procedure

Candidates should apply in the prescribed form of the school. Application form and prospectus can be obtained from the school of Nursing on payment of Rs. 100 as cash or by Rs. 150 as money order sent to the principal, Ansar School of Nursing. Application form will be issued from the office only after the publication of the issuing date in the local news papers. Application should be filled up clearly in the candidates’ own handwriting. Duly filled
application form (original) should be sent to the principal so as to reach the office on or before the certain date along with the following documents

•  Attested copies or SSLC.
• Attested copies of mark list and other necessary certificates
  of +2/ or equivalent examination.
• Two character and conduct certificates
• (One from the Principal of the college last attended and the other from a Gazetted Officer.)

Note: No original certificate should be sent along with application. These have to be produced at the time of interview only. Documents once handed over to the school will not be returned till the end of the course. The candidates are requested to take sufficient number of copies of the same. A duplicate copy of application along with the above mentioned necessary documents should be sent to the”Registrar, Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council. Trivandrum 35, under Certificate of Posting by the applicant. Certificates of co-curricular activities if any (sports, arts, etc.) have to be produced at the time of interview. Application received after the due date will not be considered. Selected candidates will be informed by post and they should remit the prescribed fee before the specified date. Last date of receipt of application will notified in due course. Duration of the Course is (3 1/2 years). There will be three public examinations during the course. On successful completion of training, candidates will be required to serve the institution for a period of one year. During the period free accommodation and subsistence allowance will be paid.

•  Hostel

All the students are required to stay in the Hostel. Visitors may be received at specified time. Mess, electricity and water expenses will be paid by the students. The amount will vary according to the prevailing price structure. This will be revised as and when necessary.

•  Breakages

Students Will be asked to replace, or compensate for broken, lost or damaged equipments

•  Dismissal

Students are expected to comply with rules and regulation policies and discipline of the School of Nursing and Hospital. They are liable to be dismissed for serious misconduct. If a student for any reason leaves before completion of the course, she has to pay penalty for the same as mentioned in the agreement. The School Of Nursing reserves the right to make any desirable changes in the rules and policies as needed.

• Contract
  The details of bond form will be issued from the office of the principal to the selected candidates. On admission students will sign an agreement on a stamped paper worth Rupeefifty, that she will serve in this Hospital for one year as a staff Nurse, immediately after completing the course. A subsistence allowance will be given during this period .
